Quality Assurance Tester | Senior Level  

QA Tester

• Designs test cases for use by QA to ensure all information systems meet minimum company standards and end-user requirements
• Involvement in requirements phase
• Provide test estimation
• Design, create and review the test cases and test scripts
• Perform Automation Testing
• Perform Manual Testing such as Regression, GUI, Functionality and UAT
• Work closely with the Development team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed
• Report defects relating to software with a focus on code integrity, performance, scalability, latency and verify fixes
• Participate in continuous improvement in the quality of test processes
• Regular checking, updating and monitoring of bugs found
• Analyzation of all bugs found by the customers/users

Team Management

• In-charge of subordinates’ Performance Management and Competency Development
• In-charge of Team Improvements in terms of knowledge, skills, systems and behavior
• Trains / Guides subordinates in test case and test script creation
• Handles and resolves subordinates’ issues
• Cascades corporate information, process, direction, and systems to team members timely and effectively

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Knowledgeable on quality assurance techniques, testing concepts, methodologies and tools
• Ability to create test cases and processes from scratch
• Good in analyzing and framing test strategies and procedures
• Experience in Requirements Phase (QA estimation, test plan, scheduling)
• Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium
• Experience in lead role
• Good problem solving skills
