Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute sales activities on major accounts
  • to deliver target sales.
  • Formulate tactical plans that are within the target set budget
  • Ensures that booked sales are collected
  • Formulate, implement and periodically review sales policies, practices and procedures within the team/department.
  • Creates and implements action plans on short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
  • Sets and reviews monthly sales forecast and achievement of the team
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of SAS productivity to Sales and Marketing Director & NSM
  • On Marketing Programs and Activities:
  1. Monitor and review implementation of activities aligned with marketing programs
  2. Provide inputs and recommendations in the development of the program including its mechanics, efficiency, and effectiveness based on the feedback from SalesForce and monitoring SFE KPIs
  3. Provide and conduct a monthly business review
  • Coordinates with:
  1. Marketing on promo materials, samples, starter doses, etc for product demand and generating prescriptions; product training
  2. Finance on deals, tie-ups, discounts to maximize the margin of profitability, and compliance with Finance procedures
  3. KAM and Supply Chain for product placement and availability
  4. Credit and Collection for the aging of receivables and good credit standing of accounts
  5. Project Managers for program and execution of specific programs for focus strat class/high potential doctors

  6. CEM for monthly monitoring of return of investment

  7. SFE on training and competency development of Sales Force

  8. KASOM on field operations involving JPIs and corporate activities

  9. HR on manpower planning, engagement, and culture-building activities

  • Managerial activities:
  1. Does field work at least 2 to 3 days a week or as deemed necessary
  2. Holds regular meetings with Sales Admin and SAS for accurate interpretation of Sales, Marketing, and Company Programs and other activities.
  3. Provides action plans on identified opportunities and regularly monitors for execution and effectiveness
  4. Responsible for developing and mentoring his team to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives during field visits, business reviews and, conferences
  • Administrative duties:
  1. Responsible for review and approval of all team sales reports and business proposals
  2. Ensures compliance and reviews corporate policies involving or affecting the Sales Force
  3. Reviews and approves expense reports of field force

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of any Business course preferably in Management or Marketing or Allied Medical related courses
  • Post-graduate degree in Business is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of general experience in Sales and Marketing
  • 5 yrs of experience specifically in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 3 years of experience as a District Manager
  • Consistent above average or GOOD performance rating for the last 4 performance appraisals
  • P4 on Communication Skills, Customer Service, Planning and Organization, Execution, Interpersonal Skills.
