An exciting and challenging opportunity with one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines
- Develops and manages the marketing plan of the assigned brand(s) or category(ies) through strategy formulation and the conceptualization and implementation of programs
- Prepares the annual forecast for brands/categories and monitors
- product movement
- Conceptualizes, provides detailed briefs for and approves marketing and communication programs for assigned products.
- Analyzes market information, consumer insights, competitive forces, price trends, and trade dynamics and proactively utilizes these to ensure the attainment of product targets
- Assesses market developments, and identifies business opportunities within the sales channels
- Manages approved product marketing budget and resources and ensures their cost-efficient and effective utilization
- Trains sales representatives on product knowledge of assigned brands
- Suggests alternative positioning strategies and market approaches to boost the attainment of product targets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Entrepreneurship, Communications or any related field
- With at least 5 years of experience in Marketing/Brand/Product management
- Solid experience in building and growing brands
- Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage not a must
