Deskripsi Pekerjaan
End-to-end recruitment for the head office and terminal manning.
- Responsible for resourcing, test administration, scheduling and conduct of interviews
- Conducts character and background investigation for selected prospective employee-candidate to determine suitability or job-fit
- Prepares all hiring documents, to include: employment requirements, job offers and employment contracts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources
- At least 6 months to one-year work experience in Recruitment; OJT experience may be considered
- Preferably Male
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and urgency
- Willing to do field work and do sourcing, testing & interviews on site
- Able to multi-task
- Able to relate with all levels of personalities
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Creative in achieving and accomplishing his tasks in the shortest possible time
- Willing to work long hours when necessary
