Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Managing the end to end recruitment and selection process cycle.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Provide a consultancy and advisory service to line management and staff on HR related issues.
  • Supporting Manager in the adherence and execution of BCI Performance Management Standards, including Rewards & Recognition, Training and Development as well as Disciplinary Action.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Provide general HR administrative support across the organization for example: organize annual events, monthly meeting and group wide HR initiative.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of internal policies, guidelines, procedures and processes which provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of HR services to the business.
  • Liaise with accounting firm on payroll, pay benefit & etc.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Manager/Senior HR generalist.
  • Hands -on experience in handling end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Candidate must be able to work at Makati city
