Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage the filing, storage and security of company documents.
  • Monitor subscription due for delivery/release
  • Maintain and monitor accurate book inventory
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be delegated from time to time
  • Receive and assist all visitors/guests. This may also include guests from our other regional operations in Southeast Asia & Australia & New Zealand
  • Receive and screen all inbound calls to company personnel and do the appropriate routing of calls.
  • Oversee the release and monitoring of compay office supplies and other consumables
  • Prepare & issue purchase orders for all company purchases
  • Assist the HR team in processing candidate applications
  • Provide support in organizing the company’s internal events

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Excellent communication skills (in both oral and written form)
  • Tech savvy; is knowledgable in how to utilize both Windows and Apple iOs systems
  • Proficent in the use of different MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Very well-organized and is capable of working on multiple tasks at the same time
  • Very meticulous with his/her work, excellent attention to details
  • A graduate of any 4 year degree course is a preference, but not a requirement
  • With a very upbeat personality and can work well with others
  • Candidates who are also registered nurses/nursing graduates will also be considered for the role
