We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executives' schedules and workflows.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data on various topics as requested by executives.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications for executives.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, and other written communications on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate executives' needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
