The Marketing Intern of Baybayin Hub will support the marketing team in various aspects of marketing strategy, research, and execution. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, market analysis, and campaign management.

Daily Responsibilitie

● Develop strategies and campaigns for our brand
● Execute and manage campaigns (e.g. email, social media, web)
● Monitor and analyze communications plans and data
● Support and coordinate marketing efforts with other departments
● Prepare and organize research materials to support marketing campaigns
● Write and pitch creative ideas to help promote our brand
● Monitor and measure performance of marketing campaigns
● Assist in managing our digital presence
● Provide administrative support for the marketing team

• Must be born in the Philippines and has residency for more than 5 years.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Enthusiasm for marketing and a willingness to learn new techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
