Quality Assurance Inspector  

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for ensuring Quality Standards are implemented / maintained at the GK Farm manufacturing facility, Toller and raw materials; establish process improvements across the manufacturing process; establish and maintain production related processes for the GK manufacturing facility and Toller.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Work at Bayani Brew GK food manufacturing facility and toll manufacturer

a. Supervise overall Quality Assurance activities at GKEF Angat Bulacan

b. Visit and verify proper production protocols at TFAC Malolos Bulacan

2. Perform In-line monitoring

a. Verify in-line quality procedures: washing, sanitizing, weighing, checking of temperature, cooling and labelling

3. Implement process, equipment and infrastructure improvements across the whole manufacturing process (toller and GK Farm)

4. Work and coordinate with Operations team regarding inventory and production planning.

5. Establish and revise production related documents for GKEF Angat Bulacan and TFAC Malolos Bulacan.

6. Implement raw material inspection

a. Check all incoming raw materials

b. Record reports and file documents

7. Conduct laboratory tests for Bayani Brew products produced at GK Enchanted Farm.

Education:

Degree in Food Tech, Nutrition, Dietetics, or an equivalent course

Experience:

1. 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing industry
2. Must be knowledgeable on food safety, sensory evaluation, food microbiology, physical and chemical analyses; Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Laboratory experience.
3. Willing to work at GK Enchanted Farm Angat Bulacan (dorm can be provided within GK)
