- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Deals with all calls politely, courteously and professionally.
- Answers client’s queries and concerns and provides accurate responses in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greets on-site visitors and clients, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
- Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be comfortably interacting with individuals of all professional levels
- Candidate must be College Graduate of any four (4) years course
- Preferably, Female
- With pleasing personality
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
