Customer Service and Sales Representative  

Bannerman is a fast growing startup looking for a remote customer support representative. You will be part of a small support team, so will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on support team processes.

Duties include the following:

• Answer inbound calls.
• Identify if a caller needs sales or operations.
• Solves guard and client concerns via phone and email.
• Ensures all shifts are filled and all guards have checked into their scheduled shifts.
• Monitors guard activity being tracked from the Bannerman guard app, which is installed on every Bannerman guard phone.
• Coordinates with other remote CSRs to ensure all tasks have been handled.

• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong internet speed/connection.
