Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
- Making travel arrangements such as booking flights, restaurant reservations and others
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Other adhoc tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or any related field.
- Willing to work in Makati
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
