Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to initiate product engineering, development, management and sales solutions.
- Obtain customer feedback and recommend product revisions to further the business.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of the platform’s content and functionalities based on the company’s product roadmap
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Economics, Marketing or any related field.
- Product development, customer experience, and project management background is a plus.
- Willing to work in Makati
