Employee Relations is not only about dealing with problems when they occur, it also involves managing employee relationships to achieve a better dynamic across the organization. Responsible for developing positive employee relations, supporting managers, administering policies and procedures, researching and/or investigating employee concerns, promoting positive employee relations. Conduct workplace investigations, counsel management and ensure compliance with local employment laws.Research, recommend and implement strategies to grow and sustain a positive work environment.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Serve as initial point of advice, problem resolution, and facilitation in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and employee discipline; advises both employees and management regarding employee relations policies, procedures, and documentation; researches, identifies, and analyzes specific employee relations concerns and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Administer and interpret various labor agreements, grievance procedures, and provide labor relations support during contract negotiations.
- Act as a liaison between the management, supervisors and employees
- Provide advice and counsel to management and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Develop, interpret and apply corporate policies, HR practices and standards in line with sound business practices and legal parameters.
- Manage employee participation in management decisions
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations on employee disciplinary issues.
- Maintain and update all Human Resources files including compliance documents.
- Maintain employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of HR & Admin services to client teams in the areas of:
- Sourcing and Recruitment,
- Compensation & Benefits Administration,
- Learning and Development;
- Employee Engagement.
- Implement and develop the company’s Talent Management Strategy in line with the Company Strategy
- Maintain highest standards of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned in the course of Administrative and the HR service delivery.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of working experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist
- Strong proficiency in Philippine Labor Laws and best practices.
- Good working knowledge of performance management, compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and recruitment
- Polished written and verbal communication
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and quick learning capability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in the mid-shift (2-11PM / 3PM-12AM)
