Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for conducting end to end learning process for employees and sellers
- Conceptualizes, implements, coordinates and evaluates all training programs
- Ensure thorough preparations of each training curriculum and developmental program
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to create specialized trainings for the concerned department or communicate surveys when needed
- Creates training calendar and budget
- Helps organize company events such as Townhall, Sales Planning, Kickoff, etc.
- Performs other related tasks as determined by immediate superior
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, or any related degree
- Professional experience min. 1-3 years in Learning and Development function
- Strong knowledge in developing and evaluating Learning Programs
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications
