Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for managing a group of Property Specialists in selling residential projects of Ayala Land Premier
- Assist the Sales Director in effectively communicating and implementing sales strategy and objectives with team members
- Manages the sales plans by accompanying the Property Specialists on calls, tracking their progress, and holding them accountable for achieving quota
- Recruit, train, and mentor new Property Specialists
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
- Have several years of experience in managing and hiring the best salespeople
- Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
- A strong team player and has a can-do attitude
- Understands and is updated on real estate market trends
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Can adapt his/her leadership style to motivate sellers with different levels of experience and backgrounds
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree from any field.
- Professional License (Licensed Real Estate Broker)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
