Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide Support to existing Ayala Land Premier accredited Brokers and Site Managers
- Accreditation Renewal
- Basic Project Information
- Standard Payment Terms
- Reservation and Booking Process
- Commission concerns
- Tap new brokers to accredit with Ayala Land Premier
- Assist and/or endorse brokers and clients on special concerns such as post-booking concerns (title related concerns, property turn-over, payment restructuring, complaints, etc.
- Work closely with other teams within Ayala Land Premier, such as Project Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in ALP engagement and activation events
- Monitor sales production for assigned project and prepare corresponding reports for analyzation
- All other duties as determined by the immediate supervisor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course, with pleasing personality
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in real estate industry or hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Quick learner and team player
- Preferably Female
