Deskripsi Pekerjaan
•Conduct internal audit of assigned APMC managed properties
•Ensure strict compliance of the property with all government/ ISO requirements.
•Preparation of audit reports and post audit follow up
•Develop a consistent, coordinated and sustainable audit strategy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Licensed Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
- With relevant work experience in technical audit
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of risk and auditing methodologies.
- Strong background in electro-mechanical equipment (i.e. elevator, escalator, genset, HVAC, and other equipment found in a commercial property)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and report writing.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
