- College Graduate or its equivalent in level of education
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with new people quickly
- Professional demeanor with good business development and prospecting skills
- Values and ethics are driven by a sense of integrity and honesty
- Past experience in any of the following: sales, finance, insurance and investments, consulting, HR/ Recruitment, management, banking, business ownership, retail, health services, hospitality, marketing, or customer service is an asset.
- Good interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
