Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead periodical experience monitoring effort on company experience, specifically related to actuarial assumptions for both non-economic (life risk) and economic assumptions
- Ensure the data quality for experience study meet the requirement
- During the experience study use the methodology and align with actuarial modelling.
- Lead end-to end process of annual Assumption Review.
- Support related committee by providing useful and timely analysis and recommendation.
- Improve existing monitoring process to provide a quicker turn around
- Provide recommendation for any improvement needed in method/approach or data feed for experience Study process and improvement in setting the BE Assumptions.
- Ensure the basis of BE Assumption is aligned with actuarial model and provide recommendation for actuarial model change/refinement when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Actuary, Mathematics or Statistic major
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Valuation Actuarial/ experience study
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication,Risk Management and presentation skills;
- An innovative thinker who can provide solutions from both an actuarial and business perspective with a focus on quality and integrity
- Have technical skill in actuarial valuation & regulatory reporting.
- Advance in MS. Excel and familiar with basic programming skill and actuarial software i.e. Prophet.
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
