Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implements the company's resource development engagement program by planning, coordinating, and performing recruitment and selection strategies.
- Executes induction process for selected candidates for hiring
- Provides support in recruitment, people management, training, and compensation and benefits section as needed
- Assists in the formulation and delivery of human resource strategies, program, policies, and procedures
- Monitors and facilitates employee movements and records
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At lest 2 years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including management of multiple high volume roles simultaneously
- Experience in sourcing and screening for IT positions is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
