Project | Test Lead  

Will perform the role of a Project/Technical Leader for Software Quality Assurance team and will handle the following responsibilities:

• Handle a team of around 10-20 members;
• Communicate with managers, leaders and client counterpart regarding work assignments and project status both in PH & JP;
• Measure Project Performance and ensure that all projects are meating QCD targets;
• Evaluate and analyze project progress, identify problem
  areas and formulate action plans;
• Suggest project management risks affecting schedule
  and client relations.
• Review and submit status reports
• Establish relationship with the client and stake holders

• Must have experience as a Team Lead handling a team of 5 or more
• Must have experience managing a project including status monitoring and reporting, issue analysis and risk analysis
• Must have actual development or testing experience, can anaylyza/debug problematic codes
• Experience in embedded programming especially C/C++ development is an advantage
• Knowledge in testing standards and techiniques an advantage
• Interested if not already proficient (at least JLPT N4) in the Japanese Language
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
