Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct beyond PATD (Prospecting, Appointing, Training and Development) for Sales Leaders and Franchise Dealers.
- Partner with the Zone Manager in conducting and driving initiatives and programs in assigned locations to grow sales via recruitment and representative activity and productivity, and increasing Sales Leader count.
- Conduct relevant training modules on prospecting, appointing, and development of sales representatives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate. Minimum 4-year course degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, English Education, Journalism or other related course.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Must be computer literate; is good in MS applications and other applications/ programs for creating and designing presentations.
- Is personable, credible and reliable in dealing with the field team in terms of coaching and mentoring Independent Representatives as well as handling issues and concerns.
- Can work with grace under pressure and able to deliver requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Open to fresh graduates, minimum of 1-year of experience is an advantage but not required.
- Is willing to be assigned in any branch/ location; driving skills is an advantage.
