- Increase sales from key accounts by identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts, and developing effective sales strategies;
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service, responding quickly to questions or concerns, and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.
- Manage various projects or initiatives related to key accounts, such as new product launches, promotional campaigns, or training programs.
- Plan and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and business growth with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and direct appropriate sales strategies.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as marcomm, customer service, and operational, to ensure key account needs are well met.
- Conduct periodic reporting on key account performance, sales strategy effectiveness, and market trends to Manager.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experienced in related field min. 1 year;
- Good Communication Skill;
- Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
- Good Writing skill;
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
