Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Avoskin's collaboration with influencer and media
Manage and oversee Avoskin's collaborations with influencers and media
Measure the success of every collaborations with influencers and media
Stay up to date with the latest trend of influencer collaboration
Identify both current and new viral trends and insights. Including trends in social media recently.
Have the ability to analyze and read data related to the effectiveness of collaboration with influencers and the media
Interest and passion for beauty industry is a must!
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Have the ability to think strategies based on data from collaborating with influencers
Sharp analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (preferred);
High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness;
Have an interest in the beauty industry
Have good communication skills, maintain relationships, and are experienced in handling the community * (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and people in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience in dealing with various media
Strengthen analysis in reporting processing.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum 2-year experience in related fields
Great leadership skill
Critical thinker and problem-solver skills
Good time management skills
Experience with doing influencer research
In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
