Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for generating institutional clients, housing projects and sales to condominiums and homeowners.
- Determines the requirements of customers through telemarketing/customer visits and prepares corresponding reports.
- Prepares company proposals relative to the customer’s requirements, submits same to the customer and convinces them to purchase.
- Sends price lists, brochures and sample of products to customers.
- Prepares and sends quotations to requesting customers.
- Follows up pending sales transactions with customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Has the ability to create customer rapport with decision-makers
- Has outstanding interpersonal, oral communication and presentation skills
- Sales and results-oriented
- At least 1 year experience in direct sales and field work
- Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas
