- Conducts initial screening of applicants.
- Administers exams.
- Conducts company orientation.
- Ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements.
- Prepares memos, letters, and other correspondences.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Highly organized and has the ability to do multi-tasking.
- Attentive to details and with good interpersonal skills.
