Quality Officer II  

The multi-awarded Filipino-origin Chocolate Brand, Auro Chocolate, is now accepting application for the Quality Officer II role. The successful candidate will be permanently assigned at the state-of-the-art plant in Calamba City, Laguna.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities:

• Ensures product compliance
• Provide strategic direction and guidance for the development, implementation, and compliance of all necessary quality programs.
• Responsible for facility inspections, traceability, testing, supplier audit and PRP, HACCP, Halal, and other Food Safety Systems.
• Works with and collaborates with Research & Development, Marketing, Production, and Maintenance Teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products.
• Act as a training coach for quality-related subject matters.
• Leads to quality compliance objectives and ensures targets are achieved.
• Spearhead Quality Module Development and Training related to quality and its scope of discipline.

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or any Science related courses
• At least 3-4 years experience in similar post and in related field
• Knowledgeable in Sensory evaluation, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other Food Safety System.
• Leadership skills, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge in using Cloud-based applications.
