Production Manager  

The multi-awarded Filipino-Origin Fine Chocolate brand, Auro Chocolate, is now accepting applicants for the PRODUCTION MANAGER role.The Production Manager oversees the manufacturing processes to ensure that production lines run without any problems and minimum downtime. The Production Manager will also ensure that products are manufactured to a certain quality standard and adheres to other safety/industry-related regulations.The Production Manager is also responsible in attaining cost efficient operation, securing the availability of products produced, and overall management of the production personnel and activities.

• Formulate Production objectives and understand requirements.
• Estimate Production costs and prepare budgets.
• Create an effective and efficient workflow to meet target output.
• Analyse budget and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
• Manage all production activities in his shift and ensure normal production run.
• Implement Company rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and responsible for employee discipline
• Monitors and analyze performance of operations and initiates action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain the highest quality of product.
• Performs Food Safety management and control of production line.

• Ensures compliance to established Occupational Safety, Health & Environment Standards (OSH standards).

• Graduate of Engineering course (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and Electronics and Communications Engineering).
• Must have at least five (5) years Supervisory/ Management experience in food manufacturing firms.
• Must have good management skills in planning, leading, organizing and controlling.
• Experienced in coaching, training, and managing production employees
• Has a good background in production start-up check, production planning, and has a strong knowledge of Food Safety Systems
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
