Marketing Assistant | Night Shift  

As a Marketing Assistant, you are expected to be proactive in assisting the Operations Manager with projects and tasks that aim to better the Company’s services. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a strong work ethic.

What you’ll do

• Research and recommend marketing strategies in collaboration with managers and stakeholders, designed to achieve specific sales and marketing objectives.
• Actively research what our competitors are doing and share this information before creating new campaigns.
• Collaborate with various departments, including, but not limited to Internal Marketing Team, Creative Directors, Developers, Content Writers, Designers, Managers, Divisions Heads, and Group Heads to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Provide administrative, research, data entry, data uploading, data cleanup, or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of our division, as and when required.
• Assist in various creative initiatives for the company such as events, training, trade shows, webinars and the like.
• Prioritize inquiries and requests for the Operations Manager while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Operations Manager's ability to effectively lead the organization, including:
  • assisting with special projects;
  • designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations;
  • collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties;
  • composing and preparing correspondence;
  • maintaining contact lists;
  • making travel arrangements; and
  • completing expense and mileage reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Operations Manager

• Experience and familiarity with Constant Contact as a platform

• Good to have: recruitment experience
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
