Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, general ledger and other duties as assigned
  • Assist with monthly close process by posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Maintain regular contact and build solid working relationships with various client groups to ensure a high level of customer service and work product
  • Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of GAAP
  • Experience with standard software solutions preferred, for example: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Fast learner with high degree of professional curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 2+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct exposure to accounting operation duties like AP, AR, and cash reconciliations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology, or professional services environment
