Plant Engineer  

The Plant Engineer will be directly reporting to the GM in maintaining all plant equipment and machines are in good working conditions, with proper records of its maintenance and downtime. In-charge of keeping the plant facilities well organized.

• In-charge for the inventory of all plant machines, tools, equipment, materials and other consumables needed for the day-to-day plant operations.
• Make sure all machines are running smoothly and minimize machine breakdown
• Do preventive maintenances
• Perform some minor drawings and designs as well as assist the supervisors with walk-in clients.
• Should be a team leader in taking the lead in maintenance works .

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to estimate parts and materials needed for the machines.
• Should be aware of standard hardware items available on the market.
• A systematic and organized way of planning and executing solutions.
• Basic know-how regarding troubleshooting machine breakdowns, the tools, and equipment of the plant.
• Good back ground in ELECTRICAL or MECHANICAL components
• Ability to properly keep files, inventory books and records.
