Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Educating employees at all levels, including seniors, as well as clients, about Agile principles, providing them with the appropriate tools / tools to apply processes to their own work
Conduct training sessions and teach skills leading to the application of the Agile methodology throughout the organization
Responsible for guiding the team towards the Agile methodology, providing feedback and means of improvement to employees, which drives organizational growth
Collaborate with people at various levels and roles, leading the team towards further understanding and application of Agile and the growth and enhancement of the company as a whole.

Kualifikasi Minimum

5-7 years of experience in Digital Environment (FinTech, E-commerce, Web apps, Mobile Apps)
Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related field
1-2 years of leading agile transformation or Agile teams
Have experience training teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
Have a strong understanding in Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Constraint Theory, DevOps, DevSecOps, Learning Organization
