Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recording and maintaining the company's assets but not limited on company and customer data, building, furniture, stationaries, laptop, mobile phone, mouse, etc.
- Dealing and maintaining the good relationship with all vendors that provided the services that supported the operational and business.
- Provided the accomodations for all operational car that handled by the company.
- Maintaining all confidential, internal and public documents that related to company or vendors.
- Setup the preparation of meeting or training (snack, meeting room, venue, etc).
- Doing regarding purchasing with vendor.
- Helping for operational duties.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Male (Required)
- Experience in Asset Maintenance Management / Procurement / General Affair / General Services
- Required Skill(s): Ms. Excel, Office Management, Computer, Finance, Communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Honest, Details Oriented & Fast learner and working
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
