Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, execute and analyze product marketing/campaign strategies, as well as deliver experiment (A/B testing) campaigns through all marketing channels (push notification, email, WA, SMS, social media, ad placement, etc)
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Team to create creative visuals/promotion materials, develop and optimize marketing channel and content strategies
- Collaborate with external parties (inside and outside Astra ecosystem) for product advertising and partnership programs
- Manage marketing tools
- Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Improve new campaign using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimal 2 years of experience in marketing or related fields like advertising, brand management or sales
- Analytical skills, data-driven mindset (the ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions)
- Project management skills (to manage campaigns for various products)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
