Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Process documentation and prepare HR reports
- Coordinate HR projects and take minutes
- Assist in the recruitment, timekeeping, benefits and other HR Facets
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
- Perform other task/s assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
- With at least 1 years of experience in general HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to multi-task
