- Manage and respond to reviews in Trip Advisor, Google Review, Online Travel Agencies, etc.
- Write excellent, clear, and persuasive copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar.
- Respond to messages and comments across Astoria Hotels and Resorts' and AVLCI's online platforms.
- Manage crises when the need arises by coordinating with property and outlet managers.Develop emergency plans and execute based on the urgency level.
