Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that kitchen areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed.
- Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Responsible for washing dishes, china wares, kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Background in doing inventory of kitchen equipment and utensils is an advantage
- Perform other related tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has good attitude and hardworking.
- Good oral / written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable on cleaning materials for kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules.
- Can start immediately
