Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process requirements and interview new employees
- Process of payroll
- Process monthly remittances for SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures
- Preparation of appointment letters and contracts ( including extension, regularization, notice of end of contract, promotions, salary adjustment, etc.)
- Process ID and ATM applications of new employees
- Oversee all aspects of employment law and employee relations including disciplinary procedures, investigations and terminations to ensure they comply with local labor law
- Provides guidance to employees on queries related to the benefits programs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or related field
- At least 2 years working experiences in Human Resources
- Broad understanding of Philippine Employment/Labor Law
- With experience in compensation and benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
- With experience in timekeeping and payroll
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Powerpoint )
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills both in written and oral forms
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
