Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage all office requirements such as Supplies, Logistics, Purchasing, Janitorial and other related office management activities
- Review and checks all liquidations and reimbursements submitted.
- Coordinates with counterparts related to IT connectivity requests and processes.
- Perform other duties as may be deemed required by immediate superior.
- Other work conditions that may be peculiar to the job, if applicable:
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year specialized in Office Administration
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong.
