Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead Lean Six Sigma process initiatives using standard LSS methodology and tools.
- Document as is and to be processes of identified scope ensuring that waste and defects are removed/minimized
- Communicate with the champion, master black belt, black belt and process owners throughout all stages of the project
- Analyze data and provide insights to best practices on process improvements and recommendations
- Provide training to team members on the basic tools and methods of Lean Six Sigma
- Facilitate team meetings, coordinate logistics as needed
- Provide status updates/ reports on the initiatives as needed by management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates should be a Six Sigma Blackbelt or at the minimum, Greenbelt certified
- Must be a college graduate of any IT related courses
- Experience in handling Automation projects
- Has at least a year of experience in Lean Six Sigma projects
