- Leads team of the following:
- System Analysts
- Network support
- System administrators
- Data administrators
- Operations support
- Security support
- IT Project Managers
- Interacts with Solution Architects and Business Designers.
- Works with Business Project Managers.
- Interacts with vendor and service providers.
- Designs and reviews solutions for the company.
- Gathers business requirements from project sponsors.
- Interfaces with Business Unit Heads to provide solution options and address technical concerns of existing projects.
- Coordinates the construction, maintenance, and expansion of an organization's computer systems.
- Oversees development and maintenance of computer systems / platforms.
- Identifies departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC.
