Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- This role is for an IT support staff for a 40 seat call center
- Responsible for the night/weekend operations of IT systems for the company in coordination with the IT Manager as well as application and platform experts by third parties locally and abroad.
- Responsible for implementing activities consistent with IT governance policies including desktop, server, data, and internet access rights, information security policy, backup and restore policy, DR plans, change management, and so forth.
- Actual hands‐on configuration, troubleshooting, and support for all IT hardware and software for the company, specifically desktops, network switches, firewalls, vpn concentrator, servers / virtual machines, and enterprise applications like proxy servers, AD servers, call center applications, etc.
- Vendor management support and actual hands on support, if needed, for outsourced IT systems such as PBX, email platforms, etc.
- Development and preparation of IT documentation resulting from activities implemented on a day to day basis.
