Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Account Associate (Cebu based)
- Will be required to regularly engage in fieldwork in order to consistently touch-base with existing and New Business or his/her assigned territory, understand the market and pursue selling opportunities. During non-field days he/she may be required to report to the office base for administrative responsibilities, meetings, and other business-related discussions.
- Increase Business’s market share by actively engaging with potential customers as the acquisition
- Specifically handles acquisition (and retention if hybrid) of accounts in areas where there is a high concentration of “medium” and small advanced versus emerging micro businesses.
- Serve as the Face of the Company to customers
- Manage client expectations especially during the service delivery process
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Bachelor's College Degree holder of any 4years course
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the field of sales (Account management, Acquisition, Business Development)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Amenable to do fieldwork
