Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Own the mortgage application process from submission to settlement and beyond
- Maintain files, filing, databases, and correspondence.
- Follow up lenders and clients when required to keep applications on track
- Answer the telephone in a timely, courteous & efficient manner.
- Screen telephone calls to refer to appropriate staff person or action when possible.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- MUST have Australian mortgage lending experience – will likely come from an Australian bank or other BPO serving mortgage brokers clients.
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Understanding of the business and goals.
- Preferably have used mortgage broking systems (eg: FLEX)
- Ability to understand and apply practice policies and procedures.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
