Summary
Act as a consultant to the candidates that you meet by presenting career opportunities, as well as by guiding them through the whole talent acquisition process. You also act as a consultant to the client companies that you support by endorsing qualified candidates for a wide array of available roles. You are tasked to source, screen, evaluate, endorse, coordinate, and maintain professional relationship with your candidates and clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum of 6 months - 1-year relative recruitment experience
- Good critical evaluation skills
- Relationship management skills
- Willing to work in Makati
