Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the company’s Salesforce.com Operations team
- Ensure robust and reliable SFDC operations by providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.
- Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, GMP, GDPR, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
- Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5 or more years of working experience in Salesforce with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science
- 6 or more years of information technology experience in a customer facing organization
- Working Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Data Architecture or similar)
- Have excellent communication skills in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Know how to lead and develop a CRM operations team in a global context
- Have excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration & Operations
- Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Are flexible to travel and occasionally work in afternoon / night shift
