Web Designer  

Responsibilities:

• Design and concept development for all static and dynamic needs of digital marketing, including UX/ UI, event web app, website revamp, online campaign page, Facebook ModiFace, mini-game, photo retouching, 2D animation, motion graphics, video editing, and O2O/ CRM/ eCommerce system building
• Generate creative ideas and layouts for various marketing campaigns on digital platforms
• To conduct research and benchmark customer’s competitors to document the expectation of the customer and the practice of this industry,
• To contribute in the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site map that illustrate the functional value proposition and the user experience of the design,
• To propose powerful designs and UX patterns based on initial wireframes and storyboards,
• To effectively communicate to development teams the key idea and points of interest (this responsibility is also held by the business analyst team to ensure that the design expectations are met),
• To deliver to the Development team the user interface, assets and guidelines,
• To establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, in partnership with the Business Analyst and Developers,
• To work closely with various departments and foreign counterparts to discuss concepts and brainstorm project briefs.

• Bachelor graduate of Graphic/Multimedia Design
• With at least 2 to 15 years of experience as a web designer for an international organization,
• Demonstrated graphic design skills through a strong portfolio,
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows,
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Up to date to the latest web trends techniques and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language,
• Excellent skill in using Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, After Effects & Premier, Final Cut Pro
• Extensive knowledge of responsive design patterns,
• Advanced understanding of front-end web development coding and requirements (HTML / CSS / JS).
• Experience in responsive website design
• Knowledge in Zeplin is plus
• Drawing skills
• Design Portfolio is a must
