Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- End-to-end Recruitment
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants
- Coordination with Managers for potential candidates for the post
- Sending of JO to applicants who successfully passed the interview process
- On-boarding of newly-hired employees
- Global reporting
- Coordination and follow-up on the timesheets of Datawords worldwide employees.
- Closure of employees’ accounts after their departure from the company.
- Extraction of data from our internal tracking system, and production of reports.
- Event Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resources and the like
- Internship experience as an HR or Admin Assistant in an international company
- Strong consistency and attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic – must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Ability to function in a global team environment
- Open to multicultural work environment
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
