Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mainly responsible in providing the necessary medical assistance to employees and in assisting the company in implementation of health and safety program in accordance to the prescribed government standard.
- Provides first-aid treatments and medication for employees as needed
- Records employees’ medical information,
- Attend seminars and trainings in relation to health and safety
- Initiate the processing of the benefits of the employees in Philhealth and SSS concerning illness, sickness, maternity and accidents,
- Provide research and recommendations in relation to the health, safety and benefits of the employees in accordance to the company rules and government standards
- Recording of employee files and company documents,
- To perform other HR Related task that may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong consistency and attention to detail
- Has a pleasing personality
- Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to function in a global team environment
- Open to multicultural work environment
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
